Content and Anti-Spam Policy
Last updated: 19 September 2026
This policy explains the standards for content displayed on Floresku.id. Its purpose is to keep the local business directory accurate, safe, and useful for both visitors and business owners.
Floresku.id operates under PT. Nusa Timur Teknologi, the platform operator.
Floresku.id may reject, edit, reduce the visibility of, or remove catalogs that do not meet quality standards or may harm users.
1. Business Catalog Standards
Catalogs eligible for display must contain clear business information that users can understand.
- The business name, category, and location must match the actual business.
- Business and product descriptions must not consist solely of placeholder text, repeated copies, or excessive keywords.
- Photos, logos, prices, addresses, and contact details must be relevant to the business.
- Inactive catalogs should be updated or submitted for removal.
2. Prohibited Content
- Fraud, impersonation, or false business information.
- Spam, duplicate catalogs, bulk automated content, or content created solely to manipulate search results.
- Pornography, sexual exploitation, gambling, narcotics, illegal weapons, or unlawful activities.
- Hateful content, harassment, violence, or encouragement to harm others.
- Copyright or trademark infringement, or use of photos without clear permission.
- Misleading and unverifiable health, financial, or legal claims.
3. Curation and Maintenance
We curate catalog information on an ongoing basis. Catalogs with very limited information may receive lower priority in search results or may need to be completed first.
Information requiring updates can be reported through the Contact page. Reports that include a catalog link and supporting evidence are easier to review.
4. Reporting Abuse
Users can report problematic content such as false information, inactive WhatsApp numbers, inappropriate photos, closed businesses, or suspected fraud.
- Include the URL of the catalog or product being reported.
- Describe the issue briefly and specifically.
- Attach evidence if available, such as screenshots or source links.
5. Actions We May Take
- Correct inaccurate information.
- Hide catalogs from the search index until their information is complete.
- Remove content that violates the policy.
- Restrict accounts or agents that repeatedly submit spam.
