- Floresku.id operates under PT. Nusa Timur Teknologi, the platform operator.
- A User is anyone who accesses the website.
- A Business Owner is the party registering a business catalog.
- An Agent is a user authorized to help create or manage business catalogs.
2. Floresku’s Role
Floresku only provides a platform to:
- display catalogs
- display business information
- display prices, where available
- display WhatsApp contact details
- help people find small businesses
- Floresku is not a marketplace.
- Floresku is not a payment provider.
- Floresku does not receive customers’ money.
- Floresku does not ship goods.
- Floresku is not a party to transactions.
3. Business Owner Responsibilities
Business owners are fully responsible for:
- catalog information
- prices
- stock
- product quality
- services
- business legality
- shipping
- warranties
- transactions
4. User Responsibilities
Users must:
- use information properly
- verify details before making transactions
- not misuse the platform
- not upload false information
5. Agents
Agents may help create or manage catalogs with the business owner’s consent.
Agents are responsible for the information they upload.
6. Limitation of Liability
Floresku only provides an online directory service.
All purchases, payments, deliveries, and cooperation agreements take place directly between buyers and business owners.
Floresku is not responsible for:
- fraud
- failure to pay
- goods not being delivered
- goods not matching their description
- product quality
- delivery delays
- failure to fulfill contractual obligations
- financial losses
- legal disputes
- breaches of contract between users
Any dispute is the responsibility of the parties involved in the transaction.
7. Catalog Removal
Floresku reserves the right to remove catalogs involving:
- violations of the law
- fraudulent content
- spam
- pornography
- gambling
- narcotics
- copyright infringement
- misleading information
- violations of the terms of service
